- Overnight at Livermore parking lot, on trail at 7:15am
- Temperature 55-65 degrees, no wind, sunny, great visibility
- Livermore trail is mostly flat and boring
- North slide is steep, some rock scrambling on lower end, yellow trail blazers are hard to find
- Two cairns near top of slide lead me into the woods to an almost overgrown old path to summit
- South slide was easier and well blazed
- Excellent views of Waterville Valley, Franconia, Pemigewasset, all the way to Presidential Range
