Bondcliff Trail: 6.1 miles
West Bond Spur: 1.0 miles
Bondcliff Trail: .8 miles
Twinway (Including Zealand Summit): 4.8 miles
North Twin Spur: 2.6 miles
Twinway: .8 miles
Frost Trail: 1.0 miles
Total Miles: 21.8 miles (6,900 elevation gain)

Day Two
Garfield Ridge Trail: 6.6 miles
Franconia Ridge Trail: 5.0 miles
Osseo Trail: 4.1 miles
Lincoln Woods Trail: 1.5 miles
Total miles: 17.2 miles (4,400 elevation gain)

Two Day Total Miles: 39.0 miles (11,300 elevation gain)

Trip Report:
- Solo hike, overnight at Lincoln Woods parking lot, on trail at 5am
- Day one temperature 55-65 degrees, sunny, excellent visibility
- Got passed by a group of three hikers doing a one day Pemi loop, awesome!
- Hike down and back up to Zealand summit was aggravating
- Stayed overnight at Galehead Hut, arrived around 2:30pm
- Dinner at hut was a "Thanksgiving Dinner" soup/salad/turkey/stuffing/mashed potato/steamed vegetables and chocolate peanut butter squares for dessert!
- Lights out at 9:30pm
- Up at 6am on trail by 6:30am, missed out on breakfast
- Temperatures around 45 degrees, rain, fog, windy above tree line, miserable day
- Hiked at a rapid pace to avoid late afternoon thunder/lightening storms
- Finished at 2pm

Mount Tripyramid (North, Middle, South)

Date of Hike: 6/7/09

Livermore Trail: 3.6 miles
Tripyramid Trail: 4.9 miles
Livermore Trail: 2.6 miles
Total Miles: 11.1 (3,000 elevation gain)

Trip Report:
- Overnight at Livermore parking lot, on trail at 7:15am
- Temperature 55-65 degrees, no wind, sunny, great visibility
- Livermore trail is mostly flat and boring
- North slide is steep, some rock scrambling on lower end, yellow trail blazers are hard to find
- Two cairns near top of slide lead me into the woods to an almost overgrown old path to summit
- South slide was easier and well blazed
- Excellent views of Waterville Valley, Franconia, Pemigewasset, all the way to Presidential Range
